Ronaldinho sure has seen some of football’s more unique talents of the past two decades, whether during his playing days or now watching as a fan. For the former Brazilian forward, as he noted to RMC Sport’s “Rothen s’enflamme” program, he backs Kylian Mbappe as a must-watch talent in the sport today.
“He is great,” Ronaldinho said. “He is a player who makes you want to watch him play. He can do a lot of great things in football.
“He is strong, good in dribbling, speed. He is a complete young player.”
Mbappe has arguably been PSG’s most productive attacking player so far this season. He leads PSG this season in goals scored in Ligue 1 play with 15 and has also tallied 10 assists, which has him in a tie with Lionel Messi for the team lead.
For the moment, PSG has nine matches remaining on its Ligue 1 schedule. These fixtures could end up being Mbappe’s final ones with PSG, as he is still set to become a free agent at the end of the season.
PSG will return to league play with the upcoming home league fixture against Lorient.
