AC Milan Star Claims ‘Everything Is Collapsing’ in France Since PSG Exit

When Qatar Sports Investment first purchased Paris Saint-Germain, the first marquee start that the French giants had was Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The current AC Milan striker was with the capital club from 2013 to 2016, and it feels like there’s a lack of respect from Ibrahimovic toward PSG following his latest remarks.

In an interview with Canal Plus, Ibrahimovic stated that “everything is collapsing” since he left the French giants despite the Ligue 1 side having star players of a higher profile like Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi, and Neymar Jr.

“Since I left France, everything is collapsing,” Ibrahimovic said. “There are no more interesting subjects. France needs me but I don’t need France. Even if you have Mbappé, Neymar and Messi, that’s not enough. Because you don’t have God.”

Although the remarks can come off as arrogant, he appears to be joking, even if they might appear egotistical. Since Ibrahimovic left, there’s been plenty to talk about concerning PSG.

Over the last few months, there have been many storylines concerning the capital club, especially regarding Mbappe, who had a new story connecting him to a move to Real Madrid every day.

Ibrahimovic might not be paying attention to what’s in France.
