Serie A: Report Reveals Transfer Fee PSG Willing to Pay For Inter Milan Star Defender

There are only a few days left until the January transfer window closes and Paris Saint-Germain could be adding Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar to bolster its backline.

Sky Sports’ Florian Plettenberg reported on Saturday that PSG is considering making an official bit until Deadline Day of around €15 million to bring the Slovakian defender to the French capital.

Plettenberg added that the 27-year-old central defender has already said yes to joing the French giants and there’s a verbal agreement between the two sides. Furthermore, Skriniar doesn’t want to extend his contract with Inter Milan beyond 2023.

Skriniar will become a free agent in June, and it appears his destination seems to be PSG. However, if the reigning Ligue 1 champions can bring in the Inter Milan defender before this month ends, it will improve their defense which has its issues this season.

The Serie A side is keen on recouping a fee and PSG is ready to hand them one; these next few days should be interesting to see how the situation unfolds.
