Report: AC Milan, AS Roma Eye Paris Saint-Germain Loanee for Serie A Return

Paris Saint-Germain sent various players on loan last summer transfer window and one of the players making a good impression is Mauro Icardi, who’s currently playing with Galatasaray.

After flopping with the capital club, Icardi has found a new lease on his football career. The 30-year-old has appeared in 13 matches in all competitions for the Turkish giant, scoring nine goals and recording since assists.

If Icardi doesn’t remain with Galatasaray, Bolavip (h/t TyC Sports) reports that the veteran striker draws the interest of AC Milan and AS Roma.

The Argentine goal scorer is familiar with Serie A, so there wouldn’t be much need for adaptation. There’s also the prospect of Al-Nassr coming in with an offer to improve their team now with Cristiano Ronaldo in the mix.

Nonetheless, Galatasaray will see if they can keep Icardi for next season. They’re currently leading the Super Lig and are in the driver’s seat to clinch a UEFA Champions League spot.

Regardless, there will be a market for Icardi as it will allow PSG to recoup a transfer fee and move on from a player with no future in the French capital.
