PSG Aims to Steal Liverpool, Manchester United Target – Report

Paris Saint-Germain will be in the market for a central defender this summer transfer window. One target constantly linked to the French giants is Napoli’s Min-jae Kim.

RMC Sport (h/t Paris Fans) reported on Thursday that PSG sporting adviser Luis Campos is beginning to turn the wheels on this possible move as he has recently contacted the South Korean’s agent.

However, the French media outlet reveals no agreement, especially since the 26-year-old defender prefers the Premier League. Moreover, discussions also exist with Manchester United.

Other clubs, such as Liverpool, have also inquired where Kim might be interested in playing for the 2023-24 season, as his contract with Napoli expires in 2025. As a result, the current Serie A champions shouldn’t be in a rush to sell him if they don’t receive a suitable offer.

Transfermarkt puts Kim’s value at €50 million, so any team interested will have to present a proposal around that figure. As for PSG, if they were to land Kim, he would be their second center-back to arrive, as the team has already signed Milan Skriniar to a pre-contract as a free agent.
