El Chadaille Bitshiabu’s long-term future with Paris Saint-Germain is currently up in the air. Bitshiabu has a mere one more year left on his contract at PSG, although the club has reportedly already jump-started talks with the center-back regarding a possible extension deal.
Bundesliga clubs Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt are reportedly keeping a close watch on Bitshiabu’s contract situation with PSG.
According to L’Equipe, PSG has received transfer offers “above €15 million, including bonuses” from Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt for the French center-back.
L’Equipe adds that PSG does not want to part ways with Bitshiabu. PSG club officials are aiming to reach an agreement with the defender on an extension deal “before finding a solution, on loan, for next season.”
Bitshiabu has also been linked with Bayern Munich as of late, although it is not known whether the reigning Bundesliga champions have plans to soon push to sign him.
Bitshiabu has featured in 10 Ligue 1 fixtures so far this season. Furthermore, he most notably played in the second half of PSG’s UEFA Champions League round of 16 second leg matchup against Bayern Munich.
