Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Ethan Mbappé debuted in the 3-1 win over FC Metz last Wednesday at the Parc des Princes. It was only a few minutes, but playing professional football at 16 is a significant accomplishment.
Nonetheless, like his older brother, Kylian Mbappé, Ethan also has a decision to make regarding his future. The teenager’s aspiring contract with the capital club ends next June.
What’s the future of Ethan Mbappé at PSG?
L’Equipe reports that the Parisians are discussing signing the younger Mbappé to a professional contract. Furthermore, the French media outlet notes that the midfielder has never hidden his sincere attachment to PSG.

It will be interesting to see if Ethan’s future will be tied to what his older brother, Kylian, will do. The older Mbappé will be a free agent next June and can sign a pre-contract in a few days once the January transfer window opens.
However, there’s also the possibility that Ethan wants to follow his career path and could decide to stay at PSG even if his brother decides to leave next year.
