On Thursday, just before the January transfer window shut, Paris Saint-Germain finalized a loan deal with Eintracht Frankfurt, allowing Hugo Ekitike to extend his career with the latter.
Ekitike, formerly with Stade de Reims, aims to revive his career in the Bundesliga following a season where he has yet to appear. Success in Germany could lead to a permanent position or catch the eye of other clubs interested in his abilities for the upcoming summer transfer window.
Nonetheless, his PSG teammates are cheering him on to have a successful loan stint. After Ekitike posted on his Instagram revealing himself in a Frankfurt kit, Kylian Mbappé, Ousmane Dembélé, Presnel Kimpembe, and Ethan Mbappé all wrote messages of support.
